Manufactured from 8011 food-grade aluminum foil with a heavy 0.13 mm (130 um) thickness and a substantial 26.2 g unit weight, this robust tray delivers maximum structural stability, grease resistance, and leak-proof security. It features top outer dimensions of 221 × 168 mm (8.70 × 6.61 in), top inner dimensions of 200 × 147 mm (7.87 × 5.79 in), a base of 178 × 125 mm (7.01 × 4.92 in), and a deep 74 mm (2.91 in) overall height with an internal depth of 72 mm (2.83 in). Designed with a wide, rigid smoothwall flange, KFRT-1800 integrates seamlessly with high-speed automated filling lines and heat-sealing machinery. It maintains thermal stability across temperatures from -20°C to 250°C, making it fully safe for deep freezing, oven baking, and air frying without deformation.
