Crafted from 8011 food-grade aluminum foil with a thick 0.12 mm (120 um) specification and a sturdy 19.6 g unit weight, this rigid tray delivers outstanding structural strength, grease resistance, and leak-proof security. It features top outer dimensions of 220 × 150 mm (8.66 × 5.91 in), top inner dimensions of 202 × 132 mm (7.95 × 5.20 in), a base of 189 × 119 mm (7.44 × 4.69 in), and an overall height of 45 mm (1.77 in) with an internal depth of 42 mm (1.65 in). Equipped with a flat, rigid smoothwall sealing rim, KFRT-1000 integrates seamlessly with automated high-speed filling and heat-sealing machinery. It maintains excellent thermal stability across temperatures from -20°C to 250°C, making it fully safe for deep freezing, oven baking, and air frying without deformation. The 1000 ml capacity is ideal for family ready meals, bulk wet pet food, roasted meats, lasagna, bento sets, and institutional catering.
