Engineered from heavy-duty 8011 food-grade aluminum foil with an extra-thick 0.13 mm (130 um) specification and a solid 20.8 g unit weight, this tray provides maximum structural rigidity, grease resistance, and leak-proof reliability. It features top outer dimensions of 220 × 150 mm (8.66 × 5.91 in), top inner dimensions of 202 × 132 mm (7.95 × 5.20 in), a base of 181 × 113 mm (7.13 × 4.45 in), and a deep 60 mm (2.36 in) overall height with a 58 mm (2.28 in) internal depth. Equipped with a wide, rigid smoothwall flange, KFRT-1450 is specifically optimized for high-speed automated filling lines and heat-sealing machinery. It maintains outstanding thermal stability across temperatures from -20°C to 250°C, making it fully safe for deep freezing, oven baking, and air frying without warping.
